Spinach Flax Protein Smoothie

1cup unsweetened almond milk
1large handful organic baby spinach, washed
1/4cup frozen mango chunks
1/4cup frozen pineapple
1/2 banana
1tablespoon flax meal (optional)
1tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass & serve immediately.
