Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Be sure to use vacuum packed silken tofu. Use calcium fortified juice and tofu for a high calcium jolt, too.
Ingredients
- 1pound fresh strawberries (about 1 quart), trimmed and halved
- 1-- ripe banana, cut into pieces
- 1cup ice cubes
- 3ounces silken soft tofu
- 1cup orange juice
- 2tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Makes 4 cups.
