Ingredients
- 2whole avocado (diced)
- 2whole tomatoes (diced)
- 1whole red sweet pepper (diced)
- 1whole yellow sweet banana pepper (diced)
- 1small cucumber (diced)
- 1small red onion (diced)
- 1medium lime (juice squeezed into bowl on top of veggies)
- 2cloves minced garlic
- 1teaspoon cumin
- 2tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 1teaspoon black pepper
- 1teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
- Combine everything together and serve.
- Lasts for days in refrigerator.
- Good with chips or crackers, or just by itself.
