Ingredients

1-- (1-inch thick) center slice King's Hawaiian Sweet Bread, cut in half, (reserve remaining half for another use)
1tablespoon orange marmalade
1/3cup cottage cheese
1/2cup fresh sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Toast half slice of bread until golden brown; spread with marmalade.
  2. Top with cottage cheese; arrange sliced berries over cottage cheese.
  3. Serve immediately.
