Superfood Protein Smoothie
- Yield: 1 to 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/2cups coconut water
- 1cup baby kale leaf
- 2tablespoons coconut oil
- 1tablespoon maple, honey, or agave
- 1/4cup raw walnuts
- 1/4cup raw cashews
- 2tablespoons chia
- 2tablespoons goji berries
- 1slice ginger (as big or small as you’d like)
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until kale has been liquidized and all ingredients have been blended.
