Superfood Protein Smoothie

  • Yield: 1 to 2 servings


1 1/2cups coconut water
1cup baby kale leaf
2tablespoons coconut oil
1tablespoon maple, honey, or agave
1/4cup raw walnuts
1/4cup raw cashews
2tablespoons chia
2tablespoons goji berries
1slice ginger (as big or small as you’d like)


1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until kale has been liquidized and all ingredients have been blended.
