Thai Black Bean and Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 2cups corn
- 1/2cup celery, diced
- 16ounces canned black beans
- 1/2cup diced red bell pepper
- 2-- garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2cup diced red onion
- 1/4cup chopped cilantro
- 1-- jalepeno, minced
- 1teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 2tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3tablespoons sesame oil
- 1tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except sesame oil, rice vinegar and lime juice.
Whisk oil, vinegar and lime juice. Pour dressing over bean mixture and toss to combine.
Chill until serving time.
