Turkey Avocado Roll-Ups

Gluten free, low carb and full of smooth fresh flavors these roll ups are sure to impress.
- 1/2pound sliced turkey
- 1/2cup basil pesto
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1/2package alfalfa sprouts
- 1teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- Sprinkle lemon juice, salt and pepper on top of the avocado.
- Place one piece of turkey on cutting board. Spread with pesto, add avocado slice and alfalfa sprouts. Tightly roll up the turkey.
- Slice each turkey roll in half, and serve.
