Turkey Avocado Roll-Ups

Turkey Avocado Lettuce Roll Up Wraps recipe.
Avocado Pesto

Gluten free, low carb and full of smooth fresh flavors these roll ups are sure to impress.


1/2pound sliced turkey
1/2cup basil pesto
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1/2package alfalfa sprouts
1teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste


  1. Sprinkle lemon juice, salt and pepper on top of the avocado.
  2. Place one piece of turkey on cutting board. Spread with pesto, add avocado slice and alfalfa sprouts. Tightly roll up the turkey.
  3. Slice each turkey roll in half, and serve.
