Turkey Fillet Mignon with Asparagus

  • Yield: 4 servings


4 turkey breasts wrapped with bacon and secured with toothpicks
1tablespoon olive oil
1bunch asparagus
4cloves garlic
Kosher salt


  1. Rinse and dry the asparagus.
  2. In a large skillet, sear the bacon-wrapped turkey mignons in some olive oil. Peel the garlic cloves and quarter them. Add them to the skillet. Stir, and set aside in the oven (set to warm).
  3. Grill the asparagus in the same skillet. On a serving plate, arrange a fillet mignon with few asparagus and some garlic pieces.
