Tuscan Marinade

2tablespoons olive oil
1tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1tablespoon lemon juice
2-- garlic cloves, minced
6-- basil leaves, chopped
1/2teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasonings
1/4teaspoon dried red pepper flakes


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together with a wire whip. Makes about 1/4 cup, enough for 1 pound tofu or other protein source or enough cut vegetables for 4 portions.
