Vanilla Pumpkin Cream Smoothie Bowl

Vanilla Pumpkin Cream

2 bananas, peeled
1/4 lime, chopped with peel (seeds removed)
1/2cup carrot juice
1/4cup hulled hemp seeds
1/4cup pumpkin seeds
2teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2cup sliced strawberries
2tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2tablespoons toasted flaked coconut


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into two small bowls and sprinkle each with half of the toppings and serve.
