Waldorf Carrot Salad

Ingredients
- 2cups peeled shredded carrots
- 2cups unpeeled chopped tart apples
- 1cup chopped celery
- 1/3cup chopped dates
- 1/3cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 3tablespoons orange juice
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the carrots, apples, celery and dates.
- In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise and orange juice. Pour over the carrot mixture, tossing gently.
