Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
- 2tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1-- egg
- 1/2cup milk
- 1-- grated orange ring
- 1cup plus 2 tablespoons full of flour
- 2tablespoons sugar
- 1teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2teaspoon salt
- 1/2cup chopped walnuts
Instructions

Grease muffin cups or line them with paper.

Beat oil, egg, milk and orange rind in a bowl.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Sift into milk mixture and stir briefly to blend.

Drop by tablespoons into prepared pan and bake at 425F for 15 to 25 minutes.
