Walnut Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
- 2cups buttermilk baking mix
- 1/2cup raisin
- 1/3cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4cup sugar
- 1/4cup skim milk
- 2tablespoons oil
- 1teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1-- egg
Instructions

Combine baking mix, raisins, pumpkin, nuts, sugar, milk, oil, cinnamon, and egg in a bowl. Mix just until blended.

Pour batter into 12 paper lined muffin cups and bake at 400F until golden brown, 16 to 19 minutes.
