Ziti Zucchini

Ingredients
- 4cups thinly sliced zucchini
- 2ounces prosciutto, cut into small pieces
- 1bunch green onions, sliced
- 1tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2cup minced parsley
- 1-- (16-ounce) package ziti (tubular) pasta
- 1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2teaspoon pepper
- -- Salt
Instructions
- In a large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook zucchini, prosciutto, green onion, garlic and parsley over medium heat, covered, about 10 minutes, until zucchinin is tender.
- Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions, omitting any oil and salt. Drain and add to cooked zucchini. Add Parmesan, pepper and satlt, tossing well.
