Zucchini Hummus

2medium zucchini, peeled and chopped
1/2cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/4cup lemon juice
1/4cup olive oil
3cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
1 1/2tablespoons ground cumin


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor; cover and process until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Serve with celery sticks, carrots, broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes or cucumber slices for dipping.
