- 2medium zucchini, peeled and chopped
- 1/2cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 1/4cup lemon juice
- 1/4cup olive oil
- 3cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2tablespoons ground cumin
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor; cover and process until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Serve with celery sticks, carrots, broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes or cucumber slices for dipping.
